This is the original Graphic Novel, one-of-a-kind art piece created for the immersive installation at CONTEXT Art Miami, a giant, sculptural graphic novel you don’t just read, you enter.

At three feet by four feet, every page of You Are an Open Book is a large-scale illustrated Graphic Novel self-portrait by Alejandra Leibovich (aka ALELOOP), capturing the multitudes we contain: artist, parent, entrepreneur, designer, storyteller technologist, dreamer, life juggler, future astronaut, and every hidden self we rarely let others see.

This collector’s edition includes the custom-built 6ft x 6ft book white wood base that is part of the exhibition, designed to elevate the book (literally and metaphorically) and make space for the viewer to sit, flip, and reflect.

Not the LinkedIn headline. But the soft one. The silly one. The over-it, under-caffeinated, deeply dreaming one. The self that’s usually offstage.

That final page? It’s left blank on purpose. Because this book doesn’t end with the artist. It ends with you.

Throughout the week at CONTEXT Art Miami, hundreds of visitors sat down, took a deep breath, and drew. The result was a living, evolving final page, a collective portrait of vulnerability, play, curiosity, and identity.

A unique, printed and bound book that captures not just Alejandra’s many selves, but the courage of everyone who contributed their own.

Because art isn’t just something you look at. Sometimes, it hands you the pen and says,

“Your turn.”
